Where do you want to go?
Two different sign-ins. Most people want the first one.
The gate app
For guards, managers, committee members and residents. Your society’s gate, members, visitors and records.
Sign in with the Google account your manager registered. There is no separate password to remember.
Open the gate app“No account uses that email”? Your Google address has not been added yet. Ask your society manager to add it — it must be exactly right.
Staff email
For Smart India Enterprises staff with an @smartiegate.com address. Webmail, calendar and contacts.
Sign in with your work email address and its own password. This is not the same login as the gate app.
Open staff webmailForgotten the password? Ask the administrator to reset it — nobody here can see it.
Which one am I?
- A guard, manager or resident at a society — the gate app. Always.
- A Smart India Enterprises technician or site incharge — the gate app for site work, staff email for correspondence.
- Neither, and you were sent a link — you probably want to talk to us first.

If you are already using the app, raise a support ticket from inside it instead — it reaches us with your site and settings attached, which saves explaining everything twice.
