The camera sees the plate
An ordinary 2–4 MP camera at the lane watches every vehicle coming in, day and night — Indian plates, two-row bike plates and BH series.
The control card checks it
The Smartie AI Control Card reads the number and checks your register on the spot. Its AI also checks that a real vehicle is standing at the gate.
Members go straight in
Registered vehicles: the barrier opens by itself in about a second. Anyone else goes to the guard's phone with a clear Allow or Stop — he decides.

One Smartie AI Control Card serves up to two lanes. Buying: 50% with the order, 30% on delivery, 20% after installation; hardware warranty 1 year. Renting: deposit and first month with the order, rent monthly in advance, minimum 24 or 36 months as chosen; the equipment stays ours and the deposit comes back at the end. You provide power and internet at the gate and an Android phone for the guard.

How much does Smartie Gate cost?
Three packages, prices exclusive of GST: BASIC (one lane) ₹71,999, STANDARD (entry and exit) ₹1,18,999 and SECURE (with vehicle sensors and night lights) ₹1,52,999, one time, including installation and the first year of software and support. From the second year the AMC is ₹14,999, ₹22,499 or ₹23,999 a year. Or rent from ₹3,199 a month with nothing big to pay up front. The boom barrier is extra if you need one.
Do we need to replace our boom barrier?
No. Smartie Gate connects to the barrier you have through its normal open input — the same one its push button uses. We check this at the free site visit. If you have no barrier, we supply and fit a SMARTIE barrier.
What if the internet goes down?
The Smartie AI Control Card at your gate keeps a copy of your registered vehicles, so members keep driving in. Gate records are kept on the control card and sent up when the connection returns. The guard can always open the barrier by hand.
How fast does the barrier open?
About one second from the camera seeing the plate to the barrier being told to open. The plate is read at your gate, not sent away to be read somewhere else.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes — one app for guards, residents, managers and site staff, each seeing only what they need. The Android app is coming to Google Play; the same app works today in any phone browser at app.smartiegate.com, on Android and iPhone.
Is it safe — can anyone else get in?
The gate opens only for a real vehicle whose plate is on your register. Everyone else stops at the guard, and every entry is recorded with a photograph. SECURE adds a vehicle sensor per lane, so the barrier opens only when a vehicle is actually standing at it.
What happens at night?
The camera reads plates at night. Reading is best with the camera's infrared on and good power to the camera; SECURE adds an infrared light per lane. Heavy rain, a dirty or damaged plate, or glare reduce accuracy, which is one of the reasons a guard stays at the gate.
Does this replace our security guard?
No. It reads plates and keeps records. Someone still has to be at the gate to look at people, judge situations and stop what should be stopped. The guard always has the last word.
Who can see our records?
Your managers and committee. Guards see their own gate; residents see only their own visitors and vehicles. One society can never see another's records. See the privacy policy.
Buy or rent — which is better?
Buying costs less over three years (STANDARD: ₹1,63,997 with two years of AMC). Renting needs a much smaller first payment (₹17,000 deposit plus the first month) and covers hardware repair and replacement for the whole term. Many societies rent first and decide later.
