Plate captured automatically. Approved supplier vehicles are recognised; anything unknown stops with the guard.
The load is photographed, not described
Up to seven photographs — the person, the plate, the load from more than one angle, the paperwork.
Material is recorded against the supplier
What it was, how much, which firm sent it, and who received it.
A person on foot is owed an exit
Labour, contractors, visitors. Somebody who entered and never left shows on the live list of who is inside.
Leaving needs a decision
The guard can allow the exit on his own name, or ask the office and wait. Both are recorded — who decided, when, and why.

Vehicles and people. An entry with no exit is visible immediately rather than discovered at handover.
Exit permission, on the record
A guard can decide himself or ask the office. Either way the name, the time and the reason stay with the movement.

Our gate has no reliable internet. Does it still work?
Yes. The Smartie AI Control Card and the guard's app keep their own copies and record every movement; everything is sent up when the connection returns.
Can a guard edit or delete an entry?
No. A wrong entry can be corrected only by adding a note on top of it; the original stays.
How many photographs can we take?
Up to seven per movement — person, plate, load front and rear, papers, gate pass, odometer.
