Delete your account

What is deleted

• Your sign-in (Google account email or user name) and your PIN.
• Your name, phone number, photograph and flat details on your profile.
• Your alert settings and the phone notification tokens.
• If you are a resident: your vehicles and passes.

What is kept, and for how long

• Entry and exit records of your site's gate belong to the society or site and are kept as its records; your name on them is replaced with "deleted user" where the law allows.
• Gate photographs are deleted automatically 180 days after they are taken.
• Server security logs are kept for one year, as the law requires, then deleted.
• Invoices and payment records are kept for 8 years as tax law requires.

We delete the account within 7 working days and confirm by email or WhatsApp. If you manage a site, make someone else its admin first.
