Everything that happens at your gate,
written down properly
Vehicles are only half of it. Most of what passes through a society gate is people on foot, deliveries, maids, workers and material — and that is where the register book fails hardest.
Pedestrian entry and exit
Who came in, when, who allowed them — and when they left.
The resident decides
The guard records who has arrived and which flat they want. That resident’s phone rings — even with the app closed — and they allow or refuse from wherever they are.
Exits are recorded too
Without an exit, “who is inside right now” is unanswerable — which is most of why a society wants this. Anyone still inside after twelve hours with no exit is flagged.
What they are carrying
Nothing, carrying out, inward material, or outward parcel — with an optional photograph and note. The disputes societies actually have are about material.
Why the carry field matters
A parcel that supposedly arrived. A worker leaving with tools. A delivery a resident says never came. A tick and a photograph at the gate settles all three in seconds, months later. Both fields are optional, because a guard should never be stopped from letting a resident through by an unfilled dropdown.
Maids, drivers, tutors — once, not daily
The people who come every day should not be interrogated every day.
Detailed once, then one tap
The first entry records their name, contact, photograph and which flat they work for. After that they arrive and the guard taps once — Log IN or Log OUT, whichever applies, because the app already knows where they are.
Expiry and blocking
Every pass has an end date, so a maid who left three months ago is not still walking in. Block one instantly and the guard sees the reason on screen, in words they can say aloud.
Who may issue them
Off by default for guards, because most societies want passes coming from the office. One switch changes it if yours does not.
Still recorded
A pass speeds up the gate; it does not skip the record. Every arrival and departure is logged with the time and the guard on duty.
Wrong parking, damage, dues
A ledger, not a balance. Every charge says who raised it, when, and why.
Fines with a reason
Parking in the wrong slot, blocking another vehicle, visitor overstay, speeding, damage, nuisance — ready-made amounts so two managers do not charge differently for the same thing, plus anything you define yourself.
Parking charges
Annual or monthly charges against a flat, tied to a vehicle, with validity. What is outstanding is visible per flat and for the society as a whole.
Nothing can be deleted
A charge raised in error is waived, with a reason and a name against it. There is no delete button on money — a charge that can vanish makes a dispute unanswerable.
The resident sees it
What they owe and what each item is for, in their own app, the moment it is raised. No arguing at the office window about a charge nobody explained.
Notices on WhatsApp
Send a dues notice straight to a resident, on your society’s letterhead, with every outstanding item itemised and the total at the bottom.
Straight to Excel
The whole ledger downloads for your treasurer — raised, paid, waived, by whom, when and how.
Commercial and paid parking
The same gate control, sized for an operator rather than a society.
Season and monthly parkers
Regulars on the register drive in without stopping. Everyone else is recorded as a visitor vehicle with the time in and the time out.
Duration on every vehicle
The live screen shows how long each vehicle has been inside, and anything overstaying is flagged. Full movement history exports to Excel for billing or audit.
Multiple gates and lanes
Up to twelve barriers on one site, each with its own camera, entry and exit lanes handled independently.
Charges and penalties
Raise a charge or a penalty against a vehicle or an account, with the same ledger and the same audit trail.
Automated pay-and-park billing
Hourly tariff calculation, ticketing and UPI collection at the exit are not part of the product today. We build them per site where an operator needs them. If that is what you are looking for, say so when you call — we would rather scope it honestly than have you discover the gap after signing.

Guard duty and location
A guard starts a shift only when the phone is at the society. Off duty, the app records nothing in their name — so the log shows who was actually working.
Routine tasks
Lights at dusk, pump off at ten, generator check on Mondays. A checklist that resets on its own and records who ticked what.
Seven languages
English, Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil, Kannada and Punjabi at the gate — and the verdict spoken aloud so the guard can watch the vehicle instead of the screen.
Permissions per society
Whether guards may record pedestrians, issue passes, let outside vehicles in, or override a stop. Your rules, not ours.
Live occupancy
Member vehicles in and out, visitor vehicles, people on foot, maids, workers — one screen, and an Excel download.
Monthly backup
Six files the society keeps itself, including one that can be restored. Your records should not depend on us existing.
See which of these your site actually needs
Most societies use half of this. A technician visits, looks at your gate, and tells you which half.
